Interview process was very typical. I applied online (via Glassdoor.com) and received a phone call several days later. There were 2 phone interviews followed by the face-to-face. Overall, the process was very smooth.
Culture is very big especially when it comes to the Technology area. During the interview it was very clear there are "mini kingdoms" within the various IT departments. So being able to "fit" within the culture is very important.
Based on this, it will be very difficult to find an experience security officer if "culture" and "fit" are the primary objectives. I guess this is why this position has been open since Nov 2017.
