The interview process is a cattle call. Their turnover rate is deplorable. He will interview and hire 50 people in January yet have 25 leave in February. Rogers only asks for one time to come in, he won't ask again if you are unavailable. He will offer a job and expect you to work for him the very next day, without giving your former employer 2 weeks notice.
The whole process was seamless, and professional, I met with 3 people on different teams and the head of sales. Everyone was professional and engaging. I had two rounds in person.
