I recently had an interview with Comparion, and the experience was disappointingly lackluster. It was evident that the company invests very little in its new representatives. The lack of onboarding and training resources, as indicated by the interviewer's responses, was concerning. It appears that high turnover may be a common issue here. Moreover, there were no leads provided, and no support for lead generation was mentioned. Overall, my impression of Comparion is that it operates in a backward manner, making it an unattractive option for potential representatives.
