Majority of the people you interview with will spend several minutes describing how much they grind. One interviewer said something along the lines of, "This is not the place for lazy people." The recruiter sends over a preparation guide but the process does not match what is mentioned in the guide. They ask that you spend several hours on a take home that is never reviewed.
