Solicité el puesto por otro medio. El proceso duró 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Community Interface Services (Carlsbad, CA) en feb 2011
Entrevista
Not very stressful. Pretty laid back & down to earth. Given that this is a job that deals directly with several individuals at a time that are affected by developmental disabilities, they want to know that you are passionate & serious about what the job entails. They had a pretty simple questionnaire that asked questions about very basic day to day duties & how you would respond or treat the situation.

I interviewed during 2021. Typical questions asked to gauge competency and experience. What I was told the job was going to be changed many times, which was confusing, but overall good experience and the employees seem friendly.

lengthy interview process... they want to make sure you are right for the job. Phone interview, In person interview and then a site visit to see what work would be like.

The interview process was pretty relaxed. If you are asked to come in for an interview you will most likely be interviewed by one of the special projects supervisors . They are viewed as the higher ups in the company. Depending on the position, your second interview may vary. For my second interview I was asked to do a job shadow with a program coordinator and a client. They want you to see how you communicate and react directly with someone from the disabled community. After my job shadow, I was hired within a week.
