You fill out an initial application that has to be printed from the website and taken in. If called, you proceed to personal interview and some aptitude testing (thinking of a problem then determining how you would solve a potential problem over a 6 month period of steps). This is mainly to see if you have any writing ability and how you describe situations on official paperwork.
