Completed an online application. Phone call a few days later. Phone interview. Scheduled a 1:1 interview. Was provided a tour. Basic questions about my history and the changes the organization was undergoing. Then the Clinical Supervisor gave some daily sitations and asked how I would react to them. Nothing unusual if you have worked with individuals in their home enviroment. Inquired how soon I could start, what I would do if I did not receive an offer. I gave an answer. Accepted position 3 days later.
