Applied online, received an email to interview with hiring manager and that person's manager (panel interview). This took 10 days to setup. A week later, another panel interview with hiring manager, HR director, and the team I would manage (another 10 day setup). After over 2 weeks, I pinged them to get a status. I was told one more interview. After a further 10 days, a final panel interview with some execs, the HR director, the hiring manager, and myself (overkill of the highest order). Now it has been over 3 weeks and I suppose I've been ghosted. I want to expose this company and if the CEO is reading this, you have a serious problem you need to fix. You have the perfect candidate out there who after reading this, will not apply to your company. Any firm that treats candidates like this doesn't deserve good employees. Period.
