The interview was informal and occurred with the owner and her boyfriend at the cafe. We sat on some couches and the owner told me about the cafe and its history and she described the good and the bad of working at the cafe. She was up front about pay. She also shared personal details about why past employees no longer worked there and went into detail about the personal lives of the current staff. Overall, the interview occurred with ease.
