Applied for the postion on the company website. I received an email for a screening interview with the Director. The conversation was good, provided details about the position, company and interview process. The next process would narrow down the applicants to about 6 people for panel interviews. I sent a couple emails for the status of my application to see if I would be moving forward in the interview process, Nothing, Ghosted, which seems to be a common theme these days. It is very unprofessional in my opinon.
