I felt comfortable throughout the interview process as the nurse manager was extremely kind and personable. It was a formal interview, however the way the nurse manager interacted made it feel more like an open conversation which I appreciated.

Scheduled to interview with panel of managers but only 1 made it. Lasted less 10mins. 2 questions asked and she said I need acute experience in the US.

Once you apply they provide an online interview, they ask a couple scenerio questions to determine personality, they also ask about strengths and weaknesses. Next they ask you to do another interview, this time you speak directly to the placement coordinator. From there they place you in a unit
