My interview experience with this company was among the best I have experienced in 15 years in the Property Management field. I applied online, I was called in two days and did a short phone interview. I came in for an interview that week. Just about 45 minutes after I left the interview I found they were checking my references. In 48 hours, I had an offer contingent on my passing the background check. Questions were direct, relevant to the position, and the whole process was so pleasant I left hoping I would get a second interview but felt I had a positive experience either way. I was told that there would be second interviews, but in my case there was not - I was hired within the week. Fine by me! I have sense learned that the hiring process is usually much more lengthy. Mention was made at my interview of having offered the same position to two other people who declined it because they had already accepted other positions. I think they just wanted to avoid another episode of that.

Just had my first interview here. It was a very pleasant experience! The interview was fair, friendly, and considerate. I liked the relaxed atmosphere of the interview, and what seemed to me to be a straightforward process to answering questions and to finding out about my skills and expectations. I applied online about three weeks ago, so it is not fast from application time to interview and I have a feeling if I get a second interview it will be a little while and then another little while if an offer is made. That's fine. The position sounds worth waiting for, and I think I would be happy to take it on.
