The interview was around two hours. It included a young person interview, a formal interview, and an essay. They also asked prior to the interview to bring four things that described different areas of my life (e.g., personal and professional). They were very good at making me feel comfortable and overall it was a nice experience. While it was an overall good interview, I was not selected for a job as while they said I had good knowledge they did not think I had enough experience despite already having all the information about me from my application and stating that salary was based on experience (lower salary for no experience).
