Entrevista
Three-stage process: initial call, then a practical assignment on their platform, then a final interview.
The first two stages were fine. The final interview with two employees felt adversarial. Several questions seemed designed to catch you out rather than understand how you think, and some didn’t even make practical sense.
Weekend work is not on rotation. If you are assigned, for example, Sundays, that becomes your permanent shift for the foreseeable future.
Progression is slow and uncertain. I was told it usually takes two to three years to reach Tier 2 support, and even that is not guaranteed.
The overall tone was off. The manager repeatedly said “to be honest” before negative statements, which came across as dismissive and doubtful rather than constructive. It created a feeling that they had already decided you weren’t the right fit.
After all three stages, they didn’t even bother to follow up with a rejection or any feedback. Total silence.
If you value your time and your professional career, this process is not worth it.
