After I applied online, I received an exercise and I did it online within 24 hours. Then, we started communicating via email and it was very efficient and they invited me for a in-person interview. The interview was great and fun. It felt more like a conversation and not really like a job interview. They asked me a few questions that made me consider the answers I wrote on the exercise I did online, but both interviewers were able to see things from my point of view and they were kind enough to share some real-life examples and a few solutions to different problems. Everybody was on time, they offered me a beverage, cookies and snacks before and during the interview and I left the interview very happy knowing that they were very open to trust people and understand that one problem might have more than just 1 solution.

Multiple Calls over Google meet. Talking to managers and HR about what kind of job it is and what experience I have. After a week then asked for references. Only a few days after giving the references I got an offer.
