This was my fourth time applying for a position in communications with this company. This last time, I applied on their website, and the recruiter for the role called me. They ask for writing samples or search your published writing material based on previous job experience. The recruiter liked my writing and said he would contact me in a week. I have yet to hear back from him. Each time I've applied to this company, I never heard back. I received a rejection email in 2024 for a role I applied for in 2021. I'll never apply here again. Plus, their communications department needs more diversity and people of color. The racial makeup of the communications department as an enterprise is a reflection of occupational segregation.
