Inerviewed wiith recruiter phone interview. Then had panel interview with three manager. Managers asked your typical leadership type open ended questions. Then I intervied with the director over for that department. Asked more situational questions most open ended also discussed salary and benefits. Then final interview with VP of department and Director of HR.

Panel interview with multiple rounds up the chain. It all depends on what job you are applying for. For a front line it could be just 1-2 interviews, for a supervisor it could be 3-6. Some are with HR involved, and some are not.
