There were multiple interviews. The first phone interview was to determine whether i am a good candidate, I presume. The second and final internet was fairly simple and straightforward. Everyone was friendly and quelled any nerves I had. The interview was with a panel of three executives.
The interview was called a "On Demand" interview. Each applicant gets a login and must record themselves answering each question. You have 4-5 times to answer each question. There is also a notes section to help keep notes of anything that you may want to include in the interview.
