I first did an initial phone screening with them. I then did an interview with two people over Zoom for which I answered standardized questions. After that interview I waited a week to get a phone indicating that I did not receive the offer. I then asked what areas could I have improved on for which they said I never showed up to the third interview for which I never received. I have checked my spam and other forms of email to no indication that I ever received a third interview. Due to their mistake they said they cannot move forward as they had limited space. I would have declined the offer to begin with because they offer much less in compensation but but it is annoying that I did not get a job offer because someone messed up.

Three rounds of interviews. Including HR and then two serious ones. One was with direct manager. Other with director. In general they just asked me questions about my expertise in the industry. I knew a lot about advertising and that helped

First a phone call interview, then a video interview with 2 separate managers, then a group interview with other candidates. Overall the process was not horrible but I recommend you do your research about the company and its competitors first and use the STAR method for your responses.
