Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Comcast en nov 2014
Entrevista
Hired through a contractor. The interview was on the telephone. Not too bad, just some technical questions which although not really applicable to the job were appropriate to determine skill level. Was actually hired over the phone, which was nice.
The hiring process though was difficult. I kept getting calls from my contractor every day several times a day for over a week before the job started. This was stressful. It was like working without being paid for it.
There was a detailed background check, which required a notarized form.
The interview process for a network engineering role at Comcast was positive. The interviewers were professional, asked relevant technical questions, and encouraged discussion around real-world networking scenarios. They also provided insights into the company culture and growth opportunities. The experience was structured and efficient, making it both challenging and rewarding.
