The interview process was not that bad. Their recruiting department aggressively pursued me for a job and they knew they could not pay a rate that my education and experience is worth. The only way I could get them to stop contacting me is to accept an interview. This was a major waste of time for both me and also the managers who were conducting the interview!
This just proves that Comcast has no respect for its own employees or potential employees and they never have respect for their customers!

The interview process consisted of practical knowledge and troubleshooting experience. You will be trained on the job, so they really want to see how you think and determine your character.

It was easy. There were three other hirers in the room with me taking turns asking queSTIONS. They allowed me time to ask them any questions I had as well and I did.

Entrevista
During the initial process, I was interviewed over the phone and they asked simple scenario questions. Then, they told me I was going to get another interview but with supervisors. I was interviewed by three supervisors and they also asked scenario question plus behavioral question. The supes were pretty laid back and were awesome to work with.
