Interviewed with the manager of the dept. It lasted 2 hours. I am currently an employee in sales but was going for a higher paying sales position in another dept.

What was the biggest challenge you've had in your previous job?
The process was a typical one where you have to wait long periods of time to get a response. They rearranged the interview multiple times. There were 3 zoom calls
Phone interview, then video, very straightforward. Questions about past experience, and scenarios.
Panel interview with managers lasted about 20-30 minutes. Ask plenty of questions. May have multiple managers in area.

How do you handle yourself in a fast paced environment?
Met with hiring manger and then Director. Pretty standard process before the offer was given. The interview was broken into 2 different days over 1 week. The offer came within a week after the last interview.
