Took forever since they outsource their hiring team. I had four interviews before landing my job. I felt lost in the shuffle. They have you take a 1-2 hour long assessment to see if “you’re a good fit” very impersonal.

Very straightforward questions about work history as well as technology background, asked about previous experience working with new challenges how to handle conflicts. Very simple interview just be calm and keep it short
asked about my previous sales experience, they really want motivated sellers. didnt ask a lot about customer service experience. asked about what my motivation for working is. they asked me if i have reliable transportation
