Completely an online customer service quiz, where they test your customer service knowledge. Two days later I received a phone call saying I passed the test and scheduled me for an interview. Interview with one the supervisor from the department and after interviewed with the manager over the department. 48 hours got a phone call that I was selected and gave me all the details.

video interview and then invited to in person interview we got a good scope of the company and got to shadow a rep during their calls and ask questions later after we did a 1 on 1 with a supervisor the whole process from app to offer was about 2 weeks or more

The process took about a month total. I did two interviews and received an offer the next day from HR. The interview was easy. Just be yourself and smile the entire time and you'll get the job.
