So I applied, did the phone interview, which was fine...theeeen came the General Info Session and interview! I don't know if it is just down here at 'Miramar Nation' but the managers are sooo disinterested during the 1 on 1s. I thought the GIS was dumb, someone apllying for this job should already know the good and bad. During my 1 on 1 with a manager the lady just seemed so disinterested. Like nothing I was going to say was going to impress her. Turned me off to the point I was just ready to get it over with. I mean, it is what it is. On to the next one. But the whole GIS/interview process needs to be scratched, big waste of time for everyone involved.

The interview was very smooth and straightforward they ask questions dealing with your previous job experiences and skills. They ask about key metrics used and numbers. They ask how to deal with a customer that is upset and angry.

Wow - they ask you like 35 questions - or that's what it felt like! 2 people interviewing you. They are asking you sales questions and many different scenarios. Be prepared to answer how you would overcome objections.
