It was an inordinately long process from resume submission to final response. The interviewers seemed to have little interviewing experience. They seemed nervous or intimidated and asked mostly generic scripted questions that didn't seem tailored to the position. I had to call after more than a month for status update, and left a voice mail message for the recruiter asking her to call me. Two days later I received an email from the recruiter informing me that they hired someone who was "better matched" to the position. She didn't have the courtesy nor the professionalism to return my call.
