I went to glassdoor and found that the pay range is actually $22,000 to 40,000 at the high end - the average appears to be around $12 per hour. No wonder they are constantly recruiting. She cold called me and knew my background is way overqualified for an entry level position - obviously she just wants to earn her commission for a placement. After ~30 minute phone interview, which felt more like an informal conversation than anything, they fit me in as soon as possible for my second interview with a hiring manager, which I would say lasted ~45-55 minutes.
