Hiring, interviewing and application processes:
Applying is a hassle due to multiple timed online tests, with technical difficulties needing a call-in to the support team, then wait for a call or email back, then retake the tests. All together it was about 3 hours JUST for the online testing, not including the 2 separate phone interviews, then a call to schedule the interview, then the forms to complete onsite while waiting for the interview, then the actual interview. Whew!
The actual interview lasted less than 15 minutes as the interviewer was "running late" . It was so rushed that I left feeling I didn't have a chance...disappointing.

Entrevista
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
