Solicité el puesto a través de una agencia de empleo. Acudí a una entrevista en Comcast (Chennai) en dic 2024
Entrevista
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. It started with an initial screening call focusing on my background and role expectations, followed by one or more technical interviews that assessed problem-solving skills, core technical knowledge, and real-world scenarios. The final round focused on behavioral questions and team fit. Overall, the process was well-structured, transparent, and conducted in a timely manner.

Recruiter reach out and asked for expected CTC. I mentioned X LPA.
Had a very good interview experience. People were very nice. Most of them were from USA. I was really looking forward to joining this company. I did really well in the interviews. But was offered only X-4 LPA. Even though i had an offer of X lpa. They said it is the max they can do for this role. This was very disappointing. They should not interview candidates if they cannot offer the expected CTC.
First round- An hour long tech interview.
Second- half an hour round with two people.
Thrid round- half na hour round.
Fourth round- half an hour round.
All were tech interviews with some coding qns as well.
Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Comcast (Sunnyvale, CA) en abr 2019

Interview started with a coding assignment, then tech screen call, then an onsite. The onsite was about ~3 hours long, with 3 different interviewers. The problems asked were very easy domain knowledge questions, and a couple of the algorithms they asked were also fairly straightforward.
I got an offer the day after the interview, but I asked them to extend the offer deadline for about a month. The recruiter said there was no problem with this and we agreed on the extension. However, a week before the deadline date, they immediately rescinded the offer without even a warning or notice in advance.
I did not care for the offer expiring, as I was not so interested in the role anyway, but this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. It certainly does not help the "evil" stigma that Comcast has, despite their good benefits and a decent compensation package they offered me.
