E-mail hiring process & telephone interview. Several stages were passed, each one with average difficulty. Each person was professional and correct. I was satisfied with the process. The telephone call was complete surprise. I did not expected it. I was not prepared for it. Perhaps because of it, i passed it. I was really excited during and after the call. It was on the land line, which added another more official tone to it.
