      focused on the Star method, when answering interview questions. interviewer will ask lots of work-related situation-based questions and how the work-related situation was handled. Interview was conducted over zoom nice guy very firm and cold about the entire interview process be prepared to answer about 10 work-related situation-based questions.

      Very odd interview... A recruiter reached out to me about the position. I had indicated I was willing to learn more about the position. The interviewer came off a bit rude. When I had indicated what salary range I wanted he said that only people in tech companies make a starting salary like that... and then argued that Glassdoor is not accurate... yet he just said the salary was exactly what Glassdoor had said... He also implied that my asking salary was too high just for a recent grad. I got my undergrad degree in 2016 and am currently working towards my masters, so that made no sense. Not to mention there are several people I know who have had starting salaries way higher than what I had ask for. Very disappointed and actually relieved. I told him that I was not interested in the position overall and it seemed to upset him even though that was exactly what I had communicated to the talent acquisition specialist from the beginning. Oh also I had indicated that the FMLA is to protect its employees and then he responded by saying it doesn't... So odd.
