Within a few days of applying I received and e-mail to arrange a phone interview. After completing the phone interview I was offer a in-person interview. The in person interview was not stressful; the manager who interviewed me was very knowledgeable of the position and the company and seemed to really enjoy working there. After talking in her office I was given a basic knowledge assessment that last was timed for 12 minutes with 50 questions.
