I applied in Mid September. Around early October a recruiter asked me to take their tech exam. I took it and I passed. I was then asked to take a personality exam which I took and I passed. About 3 weeks later I interviewed with the manager and another area manager. It went well from what I understand. A few months later I was offered the position.
