I had two interviews; one HR screen, and one panel with three managers. Neither were hard, and people were pleasant at the time. My frustration came from being ghosted after the interview. I sent a follow up email to HR a week after the interview and never heard back. A couple months later, I logged onto the career site and saw that I wasn't selected, but I never even received an automated email letting me know. Ghosting is extremely unprofessional, and I hope ComEd improves on this in the future.

I was an internal hire, so I only had a single one hour interview with a panel of 3 different managers. This was all virtual as well as to not disadvantage out of state applicants at other OPCOs

Entrevista
Very easy but took a long time to hear back from the employer. Interview was in a comfortable setting with the hiring manager. Questions were situation and behavioral based. The entire hiring process was a positive experience.
