Hi I had interview on Jan 2015.There are generally 3 Round. 1)initial rounds can be telephonic 2) it was a face to face interview. here was a technical round.The technical round went for half an hour. 3) USA VP Telephonic Round. Last one is HR Discussion. Like Salary,Bond etc Superb Interview, Excellent Process.

Telephonic Round --> Technical Round (If selected) --> HR Round (If cleared Technical Round) You need to submit resume through web portal or can give the resume in office. They will check whether they have any vacancy based on your profile. If yes they will revert you.
