After applying for the role, I was fortunate enough to get a virtual interview. I tuned in at the allotted time and had a great conversation with the interviewer, but when asked why am I seeking a remote position, I said I have a disability that limits my mobility and that working remotely would be ideal for me in this situation. The interview ended. Shortly I received their rejection letter. This was 2 years ago. I have since attempted to apply for the same role - it's a position they seek to fill quite often, but every time I attempt to submit my application for it, I Immediately get the message that I've already applied. They have blocked me from applying for the job ever again! Note to anyone attempting to work for Colorado Technical University: Don't tell them about any disabilities you may have. You will be permanently blocked from ever applying again.
