Very good process. Takes about a month to get a call back. Onboarding is slow. Training takes about 6mths. Will have to train as an outside operator and an inside desk operator.

They were nice, made you feel comfortable. Took a while for the interview to start and had to wait for about 25 minutes on them. Once it got started it flowed smoothly
