I was interviewed within a few weeks of applying to the company. I was interviewed by two different managers. The interviewers focused mostly on relevant industry experience and personal characteristics questions. They were looking for someone with experience, who could be a long-term asset in a functional role.

We had a pre placement talk followed by a group discussion and personal interview. Manager took the personal interview while gd was conducted by HR. HR and manager were cool.
