After CV submitted, a few days later followed by a 20 min phone interview, a they offer the job next day, the response was really quick. I talked to head of the department and HR at the same time, there was only one round interview

Initial interview with two team members followed by a second-round interview with a Director. Process was clearly communicated, however after the second interview I was never formally notified of the outcome, despite chasing the recruitment team.
