Thorough, had 3 interviews before giving thumbs up. I was not intimidated at all, recruiter was also there which made things all the more easier. I must say when i first walked in it seemed like a panel which was slightly daunting. I made a joke about it being me vs them, small laugh with a small sigh of relief.
