I applied on Handshake and was reached out by someone in HR. I had one zoom interview with the recruiter and overall it was a great process. She was very friendly and was genuinely interested in getting to know me. Was asked just basic behavioral questions and within a few days received an offer.

My interview for the Brokerage Intern position was a really positive experience. They seemed genuinely interested in how I approach learning and take initiative, which made the conversation feel more like a dialogue than a standard Q&A. I left the interview even more enthusiastic about the opportunity. The team seems collaborative and driven, and I believe I could really grow there and contribute meaningfully.
