Initially was called by Property manager to arrange for a video interview with the director and HR. 1st round of interview went well and asked about your experience. 2nd round of video interview was with the same group of people including the immediate site asset manager that you will be working with. After a week, was offered the position by HR, all done through video call meeting. Was sent straight to site, and didn't even have to get a pré employment medical check and even signed a digital version of the employment contract with HR. Was promised AWS, VB and mobile allowance, all of which was not offered.
