They ask you quite a few situational questions. Use previous experiences to inform how you answer these questions. I recommend being completely transparent and honest with your answers. Don't be afraid to be vulnerable because they openly welcome that.

It was two rounds of interviews and a live panel, after that you meet with the College Program Manager and current College Coaches. This took place over the course of two weeks, and one week after received an offer

The interview process had about 10 questions that were standard and if one does their research about the company and practices a bit, you should be fine. They did ask for some follow-ups too.

2- 30 mins interview ( though it can go pretty fast depending on how quickly you answer the questions.
