I was originally hired as a student facilitator. They call you in for an in person interview and ask you questions and tell you about the company. It really felt like having a conversation more than an interview. At the end, they give you a few examples of something that can happen on the job and they have you respond and write a note to match what happened. A few days later I received a call with the offer and then emailed me an offer letter that I could either chose or decline. Once I accepted they emailed me my training schedule, how to prepare for my first day and other things I needed to get done before my first day.
