My main point of contact from HR was unresponsive, and their management was so confusing. Passed the initial interview and assessments and was supposed to proceed for the Final Interview, I got profiled for a non-voice acc because the initial interviewer told me that their voice accounts require at least 1 year experience. I accepted it but another staff called in again that they will profile me instead for the voice account since they saw I had experience on Telco. I was like okaay? And then they schedued me for a FI, that same night. Waited for more than an hour for my turn and when I finally got in, the interviewer asked me what I was really applying for, and I told her that I initially intended to apply for a wfh setup. She then told me that if that we're not going to proceed anymore with the interview and that she will inform me that I will be rescheduled for another FI for a wfh setup instead. I waited for days but no one reached out to me and the person from their hiring process wasn't responding anymore. Such a wasted of time.

Virtual interview via Zoom. Standard questions were asked. I was prepared for any related questions. Hardware requirements are important for success. Empathy and communication and emotional maturity is unspoken but required.
