Aptitude was simple. There was a written test. After that there was telephonic interview. After selection we will be given a training on. DOT net for 6 months.They are providing for workers for IBM.we have to work for IBM in the name of collabera. After 1 year if we are good enough we can move to IBM based on an exam.
