I went through three interviews for this position. The first was the initial phone screening with the HR manager and the next two were video conference interviews with people in technical positions. After three interviews I never even got a call back to tell me I wasn't selected for the position.

All of their interview questions were behavior-based following the S.T.A.R. format.
1st-Online test (psychometric)
2nd-Interview with the project manager and technical manager (they explained the job description, asked me questions about myself)
3rd-Case Interview about the quality control process of a product
4th-Interview with directors from abroad (asked me where I see myself in some years, why I would like to work in Colgate etc.)

My interview consisted of three stages (I was informed that more stages were to follow). An assesment test as a first step, following a typical interview and then a case study preparation and presentation with the presence of the interviewers.

The question were rather common, like positive/negative aspects of my character, role in a team and salary requirements.
There were 5 different stages with the 3rd stage being a study case. The 1st stage was a logic test. The 2nd stage was an interview about your experience-background.
