It went well until I was ghosted after the final interview. It was very disappointing as there wasnt a single call or email telling me i was rejected or not after committing so much time to it. It’s fine if you dont think a candidate is a good fit, but the least you could do is inform them so they can move on instead of wasting time trying to get an update.

Online assesment, HR interview, Group Case Study where we worked on a case as a group of 5. There was many employees there to observe us. And lastly there was a one on one with the General Manager as the last step.
