Interview with the manager over the phone and they will go over your potential and set up an interview with a local sales manager after you seem fit as a multi million dollar producer. They are interested in big money right now so you will need to show you have the connections to multi million dollar investors.

Met with hiring broker at office. Interviewed with 1 person but met other staff employees. Interview process was about 40 minutes. Very personable and laid back office. Wearing jeans and sneakers during interview.

Entrevista
The manager was easy going, honest and encouraging. He asked questions that were easy to answer and not trick questions and he listened attentively to my answers. He made me feel comfortable so I was able to answer his questions easily without being nervous. I was excited with the opportunity extended to me when the interview was completed.
