So I applied and went through the interview process twice. I was encouraged to apply again the second time, just to be ghosted each time. The first time I had an interview and writing test. The second time I just sent writing samples. Total waste of my time each time not to even be told I didn’t get the position.

There were 5 relatively short, conversation interviews. First interview was the VP of digital, the second was with the COO, and the third was with one of the founding partners then the rest were with digital team members.
